bg999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bg999 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all other services provided under the bg999 brand at bg999.cam. By accessing the bg999 platform, whether to browse, register, deposit, wager, or withdraw, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with bg999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bg999. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion's specific terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

To open an account and use the bg999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bg999 enforces this requirement strictly and applies age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information at registration and keep that information up to date.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any self-exclusion scheme operated by bg999.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bg999 or any affiliated company.

bg999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time, and to suspend or close an account where a player cannot satisfy verification requirements. Players who provide false information in connection with an eligibility criterion will have their accounts closed and any outstanding balance returned in accordance with bg999's policies.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If bg999 discovers that a player has opened more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or otherwise — bg999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts. The player's verified primary account and any genuine net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals) will be returned at bg999's discretion.

At registration, you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and to choose a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. bg999 strongly recommends using a password that is unique to your bg999 account and not shared with any other service. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bg999 support at [email protected] immediately.

• You must provide your real name and date of birth. bg999 will verify these details as part of the KYC process before approving your first withdrawal.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including in exchange for payment, gifts, or other consideration.
• You must notify bg999 promptly if any information you provided at registration changes, including your mobile number.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals at bg999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bg999 does not apply currency conversion charges; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your account in BDT.

bg999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits via these methods are credited instantly. The minimum deposit is ৳200.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard. Processing times may vary. Card deposits are subject to a minimum of ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. bg999 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts, though this is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays during high-volume periods.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. KYC requires a scan of a valid National ID card and a selfie photograph. KYC verification is a one-time requirement and does not need to be repeated once approved.

bg999 reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of a withdrawal request where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity. In such cases, the withdrawal may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If an investigation confirms that a player's account was used for prohibited activity, bg999 may void the relevant transactions and close the account.

bg999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, including any wagering requirements, minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. The following general rules apply to all bg999 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• bg999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted, and to cancel any active bonus where bg999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus was obtained by fraud or misrepresentation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows. bg999 is not obligated to offer any particular promotion and the availability of any promotion does not create a right to receive it.

bg999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. bg999 applies a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players and enforces this requirement through KYC verification. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed and any net deposits returned; any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited. bg999 provides players with the ability to set deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods via the Account Settings section. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of bets and winnings, and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bot-assisted betting, automated bonus harvesting, and RNG prediction tools.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Using the bg999 platform or account for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or withdrawal requests.

bg999 employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bg999 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform. All content on the bg999 platform — including but not limited to the site design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the property of bg999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bg999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the bg999 platform without the prior written consent of bg999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bg999 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss, even if bg999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bg999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. bg999 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. bg999's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bg999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bg999 may suspend or permanently close a player's account in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false information regarding their age or identity during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting software.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion, in which case the account will be closed or restricted for the duration of the self-exclusion period requested.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, bg999 will return the verified net real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time. bg999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bg999 will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by displaying an in-platform notification to active players. Your continued use of the bg999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may contact bg999 support to request account closure and the return of any verified net real-money balance.
